At Onstru Super App, we aim to provide a seamless experience for vendors, contractors, and employees within the construction industry. Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase or listing a product.


  • 1. Order Cancellation Policy

    Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. All sales are final, and cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances. Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped accordingly. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

  • 2. Delivery Timeline and Process

    Standard delivery time ranges between 6 to 7 days, depending on the vendor and location. The estimated delivery date will be displayed at the time of purchase, and it may vary based on vendor availability, order volume, and logistics. Vendors are responsible for processing and shipping their listed products within the given timeframe. Once the order is shipped, customers will receive tracking details to monitor the delivery status.

  • 3. Shipping Policy

    Vendors are responsible for managing product listings, packaging, and shipping. Contractors purchasing materials will receive notifications and tracking updates for their orders. The platform does not interfere with shipping timelines but ensures vendors adhere to their commitments. If a vendor experiences delays, they must inform the buyer directly through the app’s communication system.

  • 4. No Refund & No Return Policy

    At Onstru Super App, we follow a strict no refund and no return policy to maintain a fair and transparent marketplace. All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded. Customers are advised to carefully review product details, specifications, and vendor ratings before making a purchase. In the event of product-related concerns (such as damage during transit or incorrect items), the buyer must contact the vendor directly for resolution. The Onstru Super App platform is not responsible for refunds or returns, as transactions occur directly between buyers and vendors.

  • 5. Job and Service Listings

    Employees can search and apply for jobs within the app. Contractors can post job openings to hire skilled professionals for their projects. Vendors can upload and manage their product listings for sale. The platform does not facilitate refunds for job listings or any digital services provided within the app.
